We consider bartending a "hands-on" profession that can best be learned behind a real bar from an experienced instructor. There are no desks or chairs in our classrooms.

Programs Offered

The Bartending Academy employs instructors who have years of succesful experience in our industry. Each Instructor uses the Professional Bartending Schools of America Instructors manual when teaching class. This ensures that each student receives consistent training from class to class. The instructor adds tips and tricks from their experience base and adds their own personality to their teaching. Classes are fun and informative.

Our modern, fully-equipped classrooms are a great place to learn bartending. Our hands-on training methods allow our students to spend 75% of their time behind our realistic bar under the supervision of our instructors

Our training is not limited to making drinks. A professional bartender is much more than a "drink-making machine". We teach our students how to conduct themselves behind the bar like a professional.

A Career in Bartending

Learn bartending at our Phoenix Bartending School. Attending our Tempe bartending school will give you the required education that is needed to find a great bartending job.

A diploma from our school will give you the advantage to pick and choose your work environment. Our bartending class gives you the availability to learn at your own pace in just 40 hours. We offer one to five week bartending classes taught by professional trainers that have at least 10 years on the job experience.

The minimum age to bartend in Arizona is 19. A high school diploma is not required to attend our bartending classes. Professionally trained bartenders can easily start out earning $300.00 to $800.00 per week depending on full or part time work. Bartending is a great way to make money and become financially independent in a short time.
