Course Information

Classes consist of 3 three-hour classes each week for 4 weeks, for a total of 36 class hours. Enrol-lment is limited to 8 students per class.

Our Professional Mixology course is a 36-hour, intensive hands-on training program to prepare you to begin your profitable new career as a professional bartender. You will learn full service, fine dining, and high volume bartending.

Graduate of our mixology course will have learned how to professionally prepare over 125 traditional drinks as well as the latest trendy drinks that are popular in each city. Drinks range from the traditional martini & manhattan to the ever popular sex on the beach.

Professional Bartending Course

At The Bartending School students learn the complete art and business of bartending including: traditional and modern drink recipes, electronic and computerized cash register operation, opening, closing and inventory procedures, laws pertaining to bar operations in Arkansas as well as the hands-on business of mixing and serving cocktails.

Classes are held in a state-of-the-art classroom facility with a completely functional bar, including a carbonated beverage dispensing system, electronic cash register, commercial bar blenders and mixers and examples of all commonly used bar equipment and glassware. Students get to participate "hands on" in a fun yet professional environment as well as sample various drinks made during the course.
