Our schools have trained students of all ages and backgrounds for full or part-time careers in the field of bartending. Our school is committed to offering the finest training, both as a professional mixologist as well as in customer service.

Job Placement

We are Dayton's only supplier of bartenders for liquor license holders. We have established a great reputation for supplying well-trained bartenders. We have provided bartenders for most major events in the Miami Valley area.

Upon graduation our job placement director will personally assist you in finding a good bartending job that's right for you. We have placed graduates in some of the best restaurants, hotels and hottest spots through out the greater Miami Valley and surrounding communities.

The State of Ohio has required proprietary schools to report their job placement rates for the last eight years. We are very proud of our 91% job placement rate for students who have used our placement services.

About Us

The Dayton Professional Bartending School is operated by Craig and Debbie Glick. Craig and Debbie have over twenty years of bar and restaurant experience between them. The Professional Bartending School of Dayton is licensed by the State Board of Career Colleges and Schools in Columbus, OH.

Our newest facility encompasses approximately 1200 square feet of brand new classrooms and offices. Our classroom can accommodate up to twelve students at the 26 foot long, granite-topped bar. Our students spend 75% of their time behind our fully-equipped bar.

The classroom is equipped with all of the necessary lounge and bar equipment to learn the art of mixology. The classroom has 6 bartending stations. Every student gets their own practice station, with constant supervision from our qualified instructors.
